Come to Dynamic Energy Crystals in Sausalito and surround yourself with beauty, music and an out of this world relaxing experience! Our crystal gallery is hosting Kristen Firpo, an accomplished Sound Healer, who will guide us on an immersive summer sound healing experience. Surrounded by the energy of the crystals and layered with live sound, this is not your typical sound bath. It’s a space to clear the noise, soften the nervous system, and experience something truly different.

Purpose:

Crystals have their own unique energy. They have encoded information and radiate the Earth’s power. They amplify, transform, store, focus, and transfer energy. We see results in medical instruments, scanners, microphones, radio and television equipment, timepieces, laser tools, and computers. Our bodies, too, are crystalline in structure. When working with crystals, there may be profound effects on the organs, tissues, and cells, as well as the circulatory, endocrine, and metabolic systems.
 
Sound healing (vibrational medicine) uses aspects of music to improve your physical and emotional health and well-being. When Singing Bowls with different crystals, metals, and elements are played, the energy of the element is transferred directly into your body through the harmonics they create.

How does it work?

The sound and vibrations emanating from the crystal singing bowls re-tune the receiver’s body, initially by opening, clearing, and re-balancing each of the 7 major chakras, the central nervous system and positively impacting the brain waves. 
 
It has been scientifically proven that each of these chakras or energy centers are associated with a musical note or vibrational frequency. Kristen’s handmade instruments are tuned to each of the chakras. The instruments she uses are crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, freenotes, Koshi Chimes, and hand drums. At the Crystal Gallery, you will receive the harmonious benefits of both the reverberating sounds and vibrations of crystal bowls with the actual crystals themselves.

What to expect:

As you lay down on your yoga mat, Kristen will begin your sound journey. In the beginning, the sounds will be soft as to ease you into the session, but soon, you will feel light vibrations that will immerse you in waves of sounds that are intended to wash away tension, stress and unwanted feelings. 
 
After about one hour, the sounds soften again and Kristen will bring you back to reality with some focused breathing techniques, and light stretching. After the session, most people feel lighter, calmer and clearer than before. Often people fall asleep or have lucid dreaming. This is completely normal. Your body is connecting to the vibrations of the sounds and the energy from the crystals. It is like an epic massage for every cell in your body. Participants have reported that they melt into a peaceful and mindful state of being.

What to bring:

A yoga mat, a blanket, and a pillow. Wear comfortable, loose clothing. 
Put your cell phone on silent and leave your worries at the door - they might not even be there when you leave the Crystal Gallery.
